Please log in to your team page by finding your division and team on the Schedule and Standings page for Fall 2009 or Spring 2009 season below.   To fill out the "Seedings Request Form"you must be listed on the team page as one of the Team Contacts. To get to the "Seedings Request Form" click on the "Team Log In" at top right of the page. If you have forgotten your pin number you may request it and it will be emailed to you.  If your team most recently played in WYSL in Fall 2009, CLICK HERE   If your team most recently played in WYSL in Spring 2009, CLICK HERE

Newly formed Teams, including old Teams which have changed their name.   Please select the link below.   If your team is NEW to WYSL (or has not played in WYSL since Spring 2009), CLICK HERE

Once you log in you can modify your form and print.  

In order for a team to log back into his/her form, you will need to ask the system to send him/her a pin # and team #.  Then click the link that says, "If you don’t have a PIN#,  or TEAM#, or you’ve forgotten it, then click here to have it sent to you."  The system will send the team contact the pin # and team # for all teams that use the email address entered.  The contact can then modify the form and print.
