The Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association has adopted a Risk Management Program in order to provide safe experiences for children. This program includes risk management registration and background checks for adults participating in soccer through the WYSL and its Member Clubs.
All adults age 18 and older who participate in ENYYSA soccer as Coaches, Referees or Club Officials must complete an on-line Disclosure Statement which will be used to conduct the background check. Registeron-line here. You will need a credit card to pay the $10 fee for the background check, which will be good for two years.
If you are under 18 years of age, you do not need to complete the Disclosure Statement.
