Notes for Setting up Spring Sessions

If you have a new registration cycle, and you are having families come in and register their kids for Spring Travel, you should create a new session.  NOTE that you can save LOTS of time by duplicating an existing session (on the Session List page from Manage Account, there is an icon that shows a piece of paper with an arrow to another piece of paper – click that).  This will create a new session with the same description and divisions as the one you are duplicating.  Then you can go in and edit the duplicated session – change the name to Spring Soccer 2010, change the dates, and tweak the divisions as necessary.  Then go to Manage Teams and create new teams for the divisions.

If your Fall registration was for Fall and Spring, and you want to simply open up the registration for a few additional players, you will Edit the Fall/Spring session and make sure the Registration Open dates allow people to register.
