The following must be presented by Club Registrars to League Registrar for all clubs:

  • Alphabetical listing of your club’s teams with sex/age: (i.e. Millwood Cubs, B10) Please e-mail this list prior to registration appt. to me as well, as soon as possible (ldargenio@wyslsoccer.org.)

  • Registration Fees/Fines: Team fees andany outstanding forfeit fees or fines owed by your club must be paid at this time.

  • Club Officers Info: CLUB CONTACTS WILL NOW BE ENTERED ONLINE ON CLUB ADMIN PAGE. Please supply on your club admin page the cell & work phone numbers for the following: President, Registrar/commissioner, field contact, referee coordinator, score reporter (and Rec administrator if applicable.) Print out page when completed and bring with you to appointment.

  • Field Information: FIELD INFORMATION WILL NOW BE ENTERED ONLINE ON THE CLUB FIELD INFO SECTION OF CLUB PAGE: Previously, clubs put the dates and times home fields are available on the Field Form. Starting with Fall 2010, each club will enter and keep current its field information as “permits” in the CLUB Field Info section of the club page on the wyslsoccer.org website and Manage Field Permits.

One full-day field is required for every six teams playing on that size field. (Preferably noon to dark for small sided and 9 to dark for full sided.) Get as much field time as you can for the WYSL to use in scheduling. Unused time can be returned to the community or other groups after the schedule is final. Field time needed for games is: U9/10 - 1:15, U11/12 - 1:30, U13/14 - 1:45, U15+: 2 hours.

All available fields and times for Sunday will need a permit. As examples, permits for all the Spring 2010 fields will be on the web site by June 1. Those permits can be used as templates or cloned for a new season. Permits must be entered as early as possible and at least 6 weeks before the start of the season. Use preliminary information if that’s all that you have and correct it as early as possible. Instructions for permits are on the website.

  • Special team requests: Send all team or club special schedule requests or coach coordination requests by email to the WYSL Scheduler and WYSL office as early as possible and preferably before the scheduling process begins in fall or spring. Any request made after the preliminary schedule is sent out will not be reflected in the Final League Schedule. Each request must include: Club / Team Name / Age Group / Request / and, for coach coordination s, Name of the Coach.

The league only coordinates games for a head coach of two teams. We do not coordinate for anyone else including co-head coaches, trainers, assistant coaches, and club officials. Coaches may not be head coach for more than two teams.

  • Co-insured Form:  All certificates previously requested by club will be automatically e-mailed to the president of that club late August. If the president’s e-mail address had changed, please let the league know. It is suggested that clubs get an e-mail address that will not change over the years (i.e. PO Box). The Certificates of Insurance are good for one year. If there is a new facilty, please enter the formal name of new facility on form.

  • Application/Seeding Request Form : All teams must fill out an online application/seeding request form to provide information to the WYSL Seeding Committee, listing two different contacts.  Registrars must print out these forms and bring them to their registration appointment (sorted first by boys and girls, then youngest to oldest, and highest to lowest division within age group). The information that is submitted on the Application/Seeding Form will create the contacts on the Fall 2010 team page, which can be added to and revised by the authorized team reps. The start date to submit online seeding forms is Thursday, June 3, 2010.

§ Passes:  Passes must be turned in for all teams to be stickered for the new 2010-2011 soccer year (passes alphabetized on ring by last name A-Z, coaches in back after players). This includes coach passes, any temporary or tournament passes, and active and non-active player passes. Please remove from ring all non-active passes to be placed in “dead” drawer.

Please keep their old team pass in separate pile, which will be destroyed. Only one pass should exist for a player/coach at any one time. Only retired player passes should be in the dead drawers. (If Attach picture to blank piece of paper, clockwise by last name. Write last name under and on back of picture.
