USSF Grade Level 8 Course August 18, 19, 23, 24, 25
Comprehensive 18 hour course. Upon completion, one is certified to officiate at all levels (school games are excluded). Minimum Age: 15 years old by start of the Fall 2010 season.
Place: Somers Library, Lincolndale, NY Route 139
Wed., Aug. 18, Thurs., Aug. 19, Mon. Aug 23, Tues. Aug 24, Wed. Aug 25; Evenings: 6:30 pm to 10 pm Attendance at all days is required!
Fee: $120. The WYSL will reimburse $65 to referees who serve at 10 games in the following season.
USSF Grade Level 9 Courses
This program is the 8-hour short version. It covers all the rules and certifies individuals for refereeing the lower level, non-competitive travel games (U-9) to (U-11) and recreation leagues and serving as Assistant Referee.
Fee: $130. You will receive a uniform, two shirts, line flags, a whistle and a carrying bag.
The WYSL will reimburse $65 to referees who serve at least 10 games in the following season.
